The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great choice for those flying in or out of the city. the rooms are comfortable and well-organized, providing a homely atmosphere. the friendly staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and are always ready to answer questions. the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and satisfying. the small terrace in the corridor is a nice touch, allowing guests to enjoy some fresh air.
The language barrier between the staff and non-English speaking guests could be a potential communication challenge.

Convenient Location: It was easy to get to the main attractions of the city from the hotel. We didn't have any trouble finding transport to get where we wanted to go. Accommodating Staff: the staff was friendly and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. They went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Best aspect: the hotel had a small terrace where we could relax and enjoy our evening drinks.
Language Barrier: the communication between the staff and us was a bit of an issue, as we had difficulty getting our message across. Limited Breakfast Service: Although we were told that breakfast would be provided, they were not able to accommodate our request for an early breakfast due to our tour plans.

The beds were comfortable and the hot shower was great for the chilly weather. The location was convenient as it was within walking distance to the main attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.
We were disappointed on Christmas day as we were not informed beforehand that no breakfast would be served that day. We had to go out and find a place to eat, which was difficult as most places were closed.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that I had a fantastic experience. They were incredibly accommodating and had the sweetest personalities, making me feel right at home. The room itself was wonderful, with a comfy bed, a hot shower, and a lovely air conditioner. Everything was impeccably clean, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The best part was the location, which was conveniently close to the airport, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. Plus, the hotel provided transportation services, which made exploring this city a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
